Heritage Heights is a community based 501c3 non-profit providing thirty (30) licensed senior assisted living and respite care suites for all incomes. Born from a series of Chelan town hall meetings, Heritage Heights has, for 27 years, been Chelan’s only local licensed senior care housing option and is currently striving to expand capacity to serve more families in the Lake Chelan Valley, as well as provide licensed memory care in 2023.
Remodel and Memory Care Conversion Project
Heritage Heights is embarking on an exciting campaign to increase senior housing and services in the Lake Chelan Valley. We are adding Memory Care to our services by converting part of our current building and extending our availability for assisted living by acquiring another building. The outcome will be a wonderful addition to our community which will allow us to serve more local seniors.
The Project will be conducted in three phases
Phase 1
Begin remodeling the interior and convert 11 beds to memory care
Phase 2
Exterior remodel including roof & siding replacement, secure the entrance, replace all doors & windows
Phase 3
Purchase and conversion of Manson Bay Suites 42-room hotel to independent and assisted living apartments
Our goal is to reach $5.2m to complete the remodel and conversion project.
