After spending her younger years taking care of and cooking for her family of 4, Colleen* was looking for a more relaxed lifestyle where she’d be looked after for a change! Colleen enjoys breakfast in her apartment before heading down to the gym to complete a light workout. In the afternoon she heads into town to meet a friend for lunch and do some shopping.

She spends the afternoon curled up with a good book in the card room getting ready to share her thoughts at the book club later on in the week. In the evening, Colleen enjoys a chef-prepared meal while chatting with the other residents in the dining room. She goes to bed feeling content and looking forward to what tomorrow might bring.
